Libya benefits from the existence of a strategic alliance in the Middle East
Since Libya's political struggle over power, and after the collapse of the former Libyan regime, the crises on Libya have been successive.
Despite the multiplicity of political initiatives in the resolution of internal conflicts in Libya, the efforts to get Libya out of the throes of political, economic and financial crises have not succeeded, due to the lack of stability of the Libyan institutional state to deal with the internal issue with new and effective political performance.
The world today is moving towards a new approach in the Middle East with the emergence of an Arab strategic alliance in the Middle East, a coalition consisting of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Egypt, and Jordan with the help of the United States of America to support freedom and stability in the region.
But many of us are trying to solve the puzzle and break the crisis that Libya sees every day with a new alliance linking the Libyan conflict with a regional strategic alliance with Jordan and Arab states.
The unity of the Libyan spectra is the one that will lead Libya in the unity of the soil and the institutional state of Libya, using its natural resources and the rich land of Libya which can deal with the Arab regional countries with the huge oil treasures that enable the Libyan people to resume their active role in the African continent and the Arab world again.
Libya has the ability and natural resources to pay all its living necessities and dismantle the political contradiction that is taking place on the Libyan political scene of divisions in the structures of the Libyan institutional state as a result of unjustified political conflicts to raise the level of individual income in Libya.
NATO, the "Arab NATO" reveals to us the path of the crises of the Arab Gulf states, in addition to Jordan and Egypt that are outside the Gulf Cooperation Council deal with the science of a coalition to combat terrorism experienced by the Arab countries.
In fact, Libya has never been a modern crisis but has been dominated by foreign and domestic ambitions in an attempt to raise the slogan of "oil for food", which reflects the deterioration of things in Libya and the external ambitions of Libya.
While battling the imagination of local politicians to know the importance of the existence of the Arab strategic alliance and reflect the importance of the Libyan problem and the circumstances of the events that escalated in the Libyan capital Tripoli in the recent period of warring militias.
It seems to us that the "Arab NATO" revealed by President Donald Trump is determined to preserve the strategic interests in the Arab region from the flow of oil and get it at the lowest prices.
But the main motive for Libya is about Libya's political stability before it is to be economically so that Libya will once again enjoy its natural oil and natural gas resources.
This is in Libya's interest with the Arab states that are working to establish the Arab strategic alliance.
Libya is going through internal problems and obstacles as well as a power struggle that did not stem from the basis of the Libyan constitutional constitution.
Its danger lies in the multiplicity of political and partisan bodies that have kept the state of Libyan national institutions in a constant conflict without the peaceful transfer of power.
The idea of NATO's Arab operations is crystallizing and moving to the African continent with proposals and ideas on the field of application.
Libya is not far from being an effective member of the Arab States, but Egypt is one of the most important countries in the Arab NATO and its neighboring Libya to the east.
I also sought to clarify the events and it pointed me to the right way and how to get out from Libya's mistakes and wrong on practical solutions after the revolution of February 17, 2011, which led to the removal of the former Jamahiriya system and created chaos in every corner of the Libyan state.
Libya today cannot stand alone to face the internal chaos, which may help new governments to adopt a vision and goodness in dealing with the internal and regional situation to a large extent the ruins in Libya.
The Libyan people are to avoid the same absent in the entanglement of crises that did not differ from other neighboring Arab countries.
The new alliance, which is based on the concept of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), will have detailed objectives related to the regional alliance with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, and Oman.
The results were at the Riyadh Summit held in Saudi Arabia in May of 2017, with an agreement with the United States and the Gulf Cooperation Council to meet annually in the fight against terrorism and extremism prevalent in the Gulf region.
Libya today faces the same problems such as like the Arab countries in the region, as the lack of respect for human rights and the proliferation of armed groups as well as Libyan militias that entered Libya from abroad.
The formed terrorist forces could not be solved by the Libyan governments from the east or the West but it must be addressed by the world leaders.
In order for Libya to rid itself of the dire situation in the country and in the Arab region, it was necessary to work in full cooperation with the Arab and regional countries to combat this miserable situation in the region as a in whole world.
