Clashes between the militias around the Libyan capital .. Politics about taking off the old dress

Residents of Tripoli, the capital of Libya, have seen a violent tangle between armed groups that do not bear the responsibility, resulted in dozens of deaths and injuries and caused heavy material damage to Libyan property.

It’s the meaning that Libya is once again escalating the armed violence, in which the President of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Seraj declares the state of emergency in the Libyan capital Tripoli.

The clashes between the militias around the Libyan capital Tripoli, a decision was taken to protect the citizens and security, facilities and vital Libyan institutions.

The seventh brigade to the south with violent killing along the route of the airport hub and the College of Police Officers and the center of Salah al-Din south of the capital to defeat the militia elements from the area of the Rabash and the perimeter of the University of Abu-Ahala Abuusim axis.

Serious behavior in the lives of individuals by the armed groups, a behavior does not in any way mean that like the former Libyan armed militias, that should have been removed the old code dress that the former regime used to protect the Libyan state.

Armed operations are not a preferred means to express Libyan protection, ideas, and emotions, and reach to an agreement with the Tripoli Battalions for the formation of joint forces to protect the Libyan capital from the repercussions of the security chaos in the Libyan capital.

The right action is to dismantle the Libyan armed militias and go to unite the Libyan army with full seriousness in consolidating the responsibility and mission of starting the era after the Libyan popular revolution between the East and West and the South of Libya.

The arrival and continuation of the commander of the Seventh Brigade force to launch an attack on the Abu Salim neighborhood, and to leave the armed militias the capital to restore security from the forces stationed along the road leading to the airport.

Deal with them by forming special units, through the work of the Ministries of Interior and Defense by the Government of National Accord.

The atmosphere of the Libyan capital, Tripoli, was portrayed by the Revolutionary Battalions of Tripoli, the special deterrent force receiving EU funding, which played a prominent role in fueling the state of extremism, which has made Libya the sharpest and most volatile of the Libyan militias.

Concerns about Libyan citizens in residential areas and refugees and migrants trapped, exacerbated by EU policies towards Libya, Libya has become a country not secured in the Mediterranean basin.

Libyan militiaman has come across a fertile terrorist ground that has helped to impose new features: the total isolation of the surrounding and foreign countries, the demand for the closure of embassies in Tripoli and the departure of diplomats because of clashes between local armed groups.

We have referred here to the gap between the Libyan national army and the Libyan armed militias and the tendency to joke about the unification of the Libyan Army.

The reluctance has resulted in the failure of the Libyan National Army and the Libyan official police to race in Libya for foreign mediation associated with the UN-backed government.

Access to external guarantees working on the need to reach a radical solution to the disbandment of all armed groups in the country and ensure their presence in the Libyan army and police, is a work to stabilize the situation in Libya.

This access to the external guarantees works to create a situation in the Libyan state to access the relationships between nations to cease-fire in the Libyan capital Tripoli.
