In Paris they meet ... and Libya slides into more chaos

It is not reasonable to accept an international meeting between the parties to the conflict, represented by the strong man Marshal Khalifa Hafter in the east and Fayez Seraj, his foe in the West, to leave Libya so sliding into more chaos.

Abel Rhaman Shalgham, the Ex Foreign Mister of Libya and former Libyan Ambassador to the United Nation said that,"Many regard what happened in Paris as an international political manifestation that will not achieve anything." The president France is facing a popular movement against his reformist economic law.

From this point of view and logic from the concept of Libya's Ex-foreign relations and former Foreign Minister of Libya, we emphasize that going to Paris was a scene of historical event that is recorded on the countries of the world and an unprecedented eerie event in an intensive meeting of the nations of the world on the Libyan issue.

The nations of the world meet in France, among them the United Nations, the Security Stabilizer in the world, the United Nations, and the manufacture of the roadmap for Libya, which is emerging from the narrow bottleneck led by Ghassan Salama.

Here in Paris they all had to go in a feverish meeting with joy and pleasure with French President Macaroon to complete the world scene from the weakness and degradation of the world countries to resolve the Libyan issue and for the united action aimed at the ruins of Libya.

The naïve and weak-sighted people who lead them to personal ambitions without regard to the factor of the common denominator between Libya and those countries that are meeting in Paris.

The official delegations are to be indulging in the French basket presented to them on a plate of gold without reference to the interests of the Libyan people and the interests of the Libyan state in terms of economic developments.

The hard work and the candid national talk are complete with the acceptance of a political roadmap that includes a first referendum on the Libyan constitution and then another election with new non-recurrent outputs to restore Libya’s order.

Without prejudice, the Libyan national identity is to do reconciliation to the Libyan national agreement between parties competing for power, wealth and weapons.

Incomplete steps taken by the International Conference in scenarios from the perspective of the interests of the countries present to come out of Libya from the stifling crisis that lies at the heart of international political action and not Libyan internal work and access to common convictions and solid agreements working to subject Libya to the walls and international forts.

Agreements in Paris were not binding on the Libyan parties in the sense that the meeting was intended to leave things to be overwhelmed by chaos and not to work hard to simplify the institutions of the Libyan itself, which is very complex in the face of countries that have ambitions within Libya.

The Libyan political issue in terms of the permanent constitution and the constitutionality of the institutions operating in Libya and the holding of elections supported by the regional powers, the United States and international organizations.

We have not seen from a perspective works to stabilize the Libyan state and thus stabilize their countries fighting terrorism spread throughout the world.

How can the Libyan society forget or ignore the Libyan competing parties on the importance of the Libyan draft constitution in achieving full successes to the Libyan political work.

The stages of transition from a country that was long free of Libyan constitutions and to a transition in a concrete of Libyan national institutions aspired by constitutional institutional stability.

According to the circumstances in which Libya is going through, it was necessary for us to discuss how to form a unified government that would calm the situation from the economic and social aspects that are afflicting the country to more destruction, displacement and internal wars since the outbreak of the revolution of February 17, 2011.

At the international conference, I have witnessed the Libyan General Immunity Law before 20 countries concerned with the Libyan crisis and the fear that Libya will continue to go ahead with the crisis, underdevelopment, chaos.

Neighboring countries included Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Chad and Morocco. The Gulf States were Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and former colonial powers of Libya, Turkey, Italy, Britain and the five members of the Security Council - Russia, China, France and the United States.

The United Nations plan and the Ghassan Salama Roadmap for the unification of the Libyan state in its institutions and the establishment of one parliament, one central bank and one national army by the end of the year to organize presidential and legislative elections.

However, international action is still emerging from the standpoint of international political theory, unaware that they are founding and not realizing, more shed of blood in Libya from the armed Libyan militias that do not want to get out of the Libyan political scene and the continuation of further chaos and ongoing violations against the Libyan people in its economic crisis suffocating.

While the political poles of the conflict were originally aspirant of power and influence and do not believe that they will leave the government to the constitutional work, which provides for their legitimate political powers in the rule and control in Libya.

That the political opponents are today elite, that plunged Libya into this chaos and are still looking for a foothold in the Libyan political decision-making, which is evident in the events from the beginning of the February revolution to the present day.

More amnesty and forgiveness for Libyan political prisoners and politicians with Libyan legal laws is the right way to establish justice and social peace in Libya.

It is not possible to redress the evil and expose the truth to the history of the Libyan nation; the most violations are the failure to activate national mechanisms that work to cooperate with the various segments of Libyan society.

The first steps to progress are preserving our national Libyan fabric, supporting sects, ethnicities and minorities that are embodied in the full truth stipulated in the Libyan national constitution.

Libya must have a transitional stage to achieve this transition in tolerance and peace, which is the responsibility of the victims and their families.

The path to enlightening and cohesive society is determined by the practical implications of justice, not by the way that the hated people are trying to repeat and ignite many crises in the country.

This is likely to upset many of us, adopting other theoreticians in dealing with the thorny Libyan issue.

An open file of a record of serious human rights abuses for many years, is not in any way to continue to further violations, and the mind and wisdom are misguided the Libyan society of the measure and rearrangement of the Libyan house of affairs of a one unified Libya ! ...
